Before a child may be scheduled for Baptism, parents are required to call the Parish Office at 985-758-2668 for an appointment with the Pastor.  All first time parents and godparents are required to attend a seminar before the baptism can be scheduled.  The pastor will work with you to schedule the Baptismal Seminar. Godparents must be baptized, confirmed and practicing catholics. 

Adults that are wanting to become full members of the Catholic faith begin a process called the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA). This begins with an inquiry phase and culminates at the Easter Vigil (Saturday the Eve of Easter) with Baptism, Reconcilliation, Eucharist, and Confirmation.  If you are interested in taking this step, please contact the Pastor via the Parish Office at 985-758-2668.
